I work with clients who are ready and willing to step out of the uncomfortable nature of their comfort zone and into growth and progression. I understand it takes a genuine, accepting, and supportive environment in which to explore and navigate through life's challenges. My goal is to create this for all clients and to assist each client on their personal journey of self-discovery and healing by treating each person as a unique individual and addressing their needs accordingly.

In my work through Mountain View Mental Health, I aim to exemplify a holistic approach to mental health including mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. I have a passion to assist others in living more fulfilling lives. I feel it is a privilege and truly appreciate any opportunity given to work alongside you in your journey towards growth and healing.
I work with individuals; adults, teens, and children. I work with couples and families in improving positive relations and communication. I specialize in trauma work, depression, anxiety, and increasing feelings of self-worth. I am trained in EMDR therapy, a very powerful tool I utilize to assist in reprocessing negative core beliefs and accelerate healing. I am also certified as a Clinical Telemental Health Provider and meet with all clients virtually via a secured, HIPAA-compliant online platform.
